  **WORST car insurance company ever.** Make sure you avoid them even if you have to pay a bit extra. Their app is absolutely sh** and sometimes doesn't work. If you don't use the app for a week you are "warned" BY EMAIL NOT PHONE. Then shortly after they automatically cancel and CHARGE YOU for it. Then you have to through the process of setting your policy back up again (TAKES HOURS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT DON'T HELP ONE BIT) and paying £100 or more SET UP FEE (AGAIN). It really is a pathetic excuse for a company. This is the 2ND time it has happened to me. Their customer support are useless robot like people who don't care about your situation and stick to their "policy" no matter what. I am leaving them this time around and good riddance.

  DO NOT USE!! APP DIDNT WORK SO I RANG THEM TO FIX IT AND THEY WAS NO HELP AND THEN CANCELLED MY INSURANCE, REFUSING TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AS PAID FOR FULL YEAR INSURANCE. MANAGER WAS RUDE ON PHONE AND WOULDNT ADMIT THEIR APP WASNT WORKING. NOW ALL NEW QUOTES ARE STUPID PRICES!!!!!

  Fir my first car i had a 1L ecoboost and i wanted to get a new car and was going to get a 1L ecoboost that had 20more bhp they would not transfer my insurance onto my new car so i was made to cancle and go with someone else but i now have a ST2 1.6L so i am happy now
