- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What is the point of trying to ring the surgery when you are on hold for 15 mins for someone to answer and hang up on you, 4 times I have tried to get through today, and finally managed to talk to someone, takes an age to get any results back if at all and you dont have to chase them up yourself!! Useless!! Need to know about 2 weeks in advance if you are going to be ill or have an issue, need to step it up!!by Callum FentonApril 29, 2017
