- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could rate it NO stars I would. My wife came out of this vet absolutely upset yesterday due to one of the receptionists being so unprofessional, stuck up and also showing no heart towards animals! We have been attending this vets for years and after loosing a loving pet 4 years ago and only just getting another one, to go back to the practise I once was happy with. For her to be looked at like she was something stuck to the bottom of her shoe, singled out (because the puppy was barking the receptionist did not like it) and spoken to in a manner I wouldn't of spoke to my worse enemy. It is a shame they have a women like her working for them because the vets have always been fab but unfortunately I will not be going back! Yes its all about the animal care but its also about customer service and I feel I can not leave my loved pets in a place with someone like her. The receptionist with the braces is a credit to the practise as for the middle/old age blonde who was with her is an absolute disgrace!by ray drohanDecember 04, 2017
